The Institute for European Educational, Socio-Cultural and Economic Policies EUROPE FOR YOU – Skopje is composed of 5 permanent active members and more than 25 external associates with different educational and scientific profiles who have their proper contribution in the activities of the institute. External associates are competent people in their field such as: university professors, pedagogues, sociologists, psychologists, lawyers, teachers, journalists, economists, philologists, athletes, artists from different fields and others.
Full Professor Elizabeta Tomevska – Ilievska, PhD

Elizabeta Tomevska-Ilievska has PhD in pedagogical sciences, and she currently holds position as Full Professor at the Institute of pedagogy, at the Faculty of Philosophy – Skopje, at University Ss Cyril and Methodius. Her professional field of study is Pedagogy, Methodic, Methodology and Statistic. She is the Head of the Institute of Pedagogy (since 2021).
Tomevska-Ilievska 20 years actively participates as an expert and trainer in numerous international and national educational programs. In addition, Dr. Elizabeta Tomevska-Ilievska, as an educational expert, evaluator and researcher, has been involved in national and international projects and in numerous scientific researches. She participates in many activities related to educational policy in the area of primary and secondary vocational education and training, and in improving language literacy in early school age in the Republic of Macedonia. She participates in numerous conferences in the country as well as abroad.
Elizabeta Tomevska-Ilievska, PhD is a member of the Teaching commision at the University Ss Cyril and Methodius in Skopje (from 2020 to present).Tomevska-Ilievska participates in editorial committees of collections program and organizing committees of national and international conferences, and the faculty committees. She is a member of the Scientific Association for Education and Pedagogy of the Republic of Macedonia. She is the editor of the International Journal of Education, Research and Training published by the Institute of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje (International Journal for Education, Research and Training – IJERT) www.ijert.fzf.ukim.edu.mk and reviewer of the International Journal of Cognitive Research in Science, Engineering and Education (IJCRSEE) ISSN 2334-847X (Printed). She is an author and co-author of several textbooks (university and primary education), manuals, scientific research publications, articles and manual children’s literature.
Professor Ana Fritzhand, PhDProf. Ana Fritzhand is born on January 26, 1978 in Skopje, R. Macedonia. She completed her studies in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje in 2001. At the same University, she received her master’s degree in 2007, and in May 2010, she received her doctorate in the field of Developmental Psychology and Moral Psychology. The key research interests of Prof. Fritzhand are from the fields of developmental psychology, moral psychology, and psychology of peace and conflict. In her professional career so far, Prof. Fritzhand published several scientific papers, and participated in a number of referent international scientific conferences and congresses in the field of psychology abroad. She participated in several national and regional scientific research projects, was engaged as an expert in working groups at the Ministry of Education and Science and at the State Examination Center, and is currently the Head of the Institute of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje.
Professor Dejan MickovikDejan Mickovik has PhD in Law and he currently holds position as Full Professor at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” at University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. He is elected in the scientific field Civil Law. At the undergraduate and master studies at the Faculty of Law he teaches family law and inheritance law, sociology of the family, European family law and new reproductive technologies and law.
Dejan Mickovik participated in a number of national and international projects financed by the European Commission, UNICEF, UNDP and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. He is head of the working group for preparation of Book 4 (inheritance relations) and Book 5 (family law relations) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Macedonia. He is Editor-in-chief of the electronic journal Iustinianus Primus Law Review, published by the ” Faculty of Law Justinian Primus,” and was editor-in-chief of the journal Evrodijalog. He was a member of the Legal Council of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. He participated as a lecturer at many conferences in the country as well as abroad.
He is also an author and co-author of several monographs, university textbooks, scientific-research publications, and texts published in a number of international and domestic journals.
